Bobbie Burns

Bobbie Burns is a 2013 Oldenburg gelding (Balanchine x Harriet) owned by Alexandra “Po” Tatham. Bred in Louisiana, Kendyl found Bobby as a just broke 4-year-old and has been the only person to compete him. Bobby is a very sweet, talented horse who excels in all three phases. As a 5-year-old he scored an impressive 93.5% at a Young Event Horse qualifier and earned the lowest dressage score for all of 2018 – a 14.8. In his 6-year-old year, Bobby won five events in a row and went on to finish fifth in the Modified at the USEA American Eventing Championships. As a 7-year-old, Bobby moved up to Preliminary and won his first event at the level. He concluded the year with a top-10 finish in the CCI2*-L at Hagyard Midsouth. In his 8-year-old year Bobby moved up to Intermediate and finished with a fifth and sixth in his first two starts at the level.
